The prior stack broke down at 5k parcels/week. Dispatchers routed manually, drivers used WhatsApp, and customers had no live visibility.
Our solution
Two React Native apps (consumer, driver), a dispatcher console with live map, and a routing service tuned for last-mile in dense urban and highway-heavy geographies.
