IT Sales / Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented IT Sales/Business Development professional who can generate new leads, identify potential clients, and bring new software development projects to the company. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the IT industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proven experience in generating leads, acquiring clients, and converting opportunities into software projects.

What you'll do

• Generate new business opportunities and qualified leads for software development projects.
• Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable software solutions.
• Bring new projects for Web Development, Mobile App Development, SaaS, Custom Software, E-commerce, and other IT services.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and initial requirement discussions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates in coordination with the technical team.
• Negotiate with clients and successfully close deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to project closure.
• Coordinate with the technical/project team to ensure a smooth transition after project confirmation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business/project acquisition targets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or IT Project Acquisition.
• Proven ability to bring software/IT projects and generate revenue.
• Strong understanding of the software development industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Experience with international clients is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, email outreach, etc.
• Existing client/network connections in the IT industry will be a strong advantage.
